Mr. Hall was born January 4, 1906 in Piatt County, s/o James Willilam and Mary Myers Hall. Survivors include several nieces and nephews, including Clyde Phillips of Mansfield; and Ina Mae Truitt of Mansfield. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
Mr. Hall was a retired employee of Caterpillar Co. in Peoria. He also had been a mail carrier at Mansfield. Memorials may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
