ANGELETTE, ANGELINA

Angelina Griffin Angelette, 83, a native of Leeville and a resident of Golden Meadow, died 12:20 p.m. Monday.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. today until funeral time on Wednesday. Religious services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by seven sons, Joseph, Claude, Clarence, Ernest, Anthony, Gerard and Daniel Angelette; six daughters, Gertie Angelette, Angelina Poche, Antoinette St. Pierre, Aline Williams, Alice St. Pierre and Audrey Becnel; two sisters, Alice Alario and Ida Gisclair; 41
grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Angelo Angelette; one son, Aubrey Angelette; three brothers, George, Levy and Eddie Griffin; and three sisters, Vienna Martin, Lovenia Griffin and Ada Fillinich.

Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is handling arrangements.
