Mr. Andrews was born and reared in Fairfield County, but for a number of years he had resided in upper Richland County. He served with credit and valor in the war between the sections, entering the army at the age of 16 years. He is survived by four children; Miss Julia Andrews, Miss Annie Andrews, E. M. Andrews and E. B. Andrews.
The deceased was a member of Crooked Run Baptist Church.
