John Henry Airheart, native and longtime resident of Trinidad, died Monday in a Dallas hospital. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Trinidad at the First Baptist Church of which he was a member. The pastor, the Rev. J. N. Foreman, will officiate. Burial will be in the Trinidad Cemetery under direction of Corley Funeral Home. He is survived by his widow of Trinidad; five sons, Charles of Duncanville, Johnnie P. of Kerens, Franklin of Dallas, Stanley of Trinidad and Robert of Athens; four daughters, Mrs. L. R. Oliver of Malakoff, Mrs. Willie Coolie, Mrs. Ronald Engledow and Mrs. Jimmie Prewitt, all of Trinidad; 21 grandchildren; two brothers, Hardin and Oncelo Airheart, both of Trinidad; five sisters, Mrs. Cecile Traylor of Trinidad, Mrs. Dona Ware of Fort Worth, Mrs. H. C. Sweptson, Mrs. H. R. Robb and Mrs. E. C. Shelley, all of Dallas; and a number of nieces and nephews.
