He was born Jan. 4, 1938, in Malakoff to John Henry Airheart and Hazel G. Boyd.
Mr. Airheart worked in retail sales as a stocker.
He is survived by his wife, Joann Airheart of Athens; brothers Charles Airheart of Duncanville, Franklyn Airheart of Arkansas, Stanley Airheart of Tyler and Robert Airheart of Arkansas; sisters, Marian Cooley of Malakoff, Doris Henderson of Trinidad and Linda Pruitt of Gilmer, sons, Johnny Earl Airheart of Trinidad and Paul Airheart of Kemp; and three grandchildren.
