BLANDY ABBOTT DEAD.
Died at his home in South Macon, Blandy Abbott, Saturday evening, May 22. He was born in Knox county, Missouri, March 14, 1833. On July 19 1863, he was united in marriage to Miss Amanda Hatfield, who survives him with six of their children, five of whom live in Macon. A brief funeral service was held at the home at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon, conducted by Rev. W. R, Skinner. Interment was at the Sleighton cemetery, west of Bloomington.
Bro. Abbott had been a member of Enon Baptist church for many years.
