AGNES ABBOT, 94, of Colorado Springs died March 23, 1992, at a local hospital. She was a professor of art at Wellesley College in Massachusetts before retiring.
The funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Swan-Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Ave. Burial will be in Groton, Mass. Swan-Law is handling arrangements.
Miss Abbot was born Aug. 19, 1897, in Potsdam, Germany. She was a resident of Colorado Springs for one year and had lived previously in Harvard, Mass.
She attended Child-Walker School of Fine Arts, Crafts and Decorative Design and Wellesley College.
Miss Abbot is survived by a brother, Charles B. of Colorado Springs.
