Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Balko Baptist Church with Wade Tannehill officiating. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery in Balko by Miller Mortuary.
Mrs. Burns was born Oct. 30, 1910, in Wellington, Kan. She came to Liberal in 1968, later moving to Turpin in 1975.
Survivors include a son, John Fuller of Cushing; four daughters, Natalie Phelps of Colorado Springs, Colo, Clara Cowan of Sedan, N.M., Clora Means of Balko and Dee Smotherman of Turpin; 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch and Girls Town or High Plains Children's Home, and may be sent to the mortuary.
