MRS. HAY

LAFAYETTE -- Mrs. Winnie Hay, 93, of LaFayette died Monday, May 15, 2000 at her residence.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, May 17 at 2 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church in LaFayette with the Revs. John Cole, LaFayette Aaron and Carlis Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Hay is survived by three daughters, Clara Mae Fant of LaFayette, Annette Clanton of Camp Hill, Ala., and Gail Blankenship of Daviston, Ala.; four sons, Wallace Hay of Fairfax, Ronnie Hay of Pensacola, Fla., and Phillip Wayne Hay and Ralph Hay, both of LaFayette; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.

Born Oct. 1, 1906 in Randolph County, Mrs. Hay was retired from Avondale Mills in LaFayette after 37 years of service. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends at the residence 10226 Ala. Hwy. 77, LaFayette.
