Freda, was born Feb. 16, 1926, in McCurtain, OK, to Will and Edith Cole. In 1946, during WWII, she went to work for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. and worked until she retired in 1985. Freda passed away on Mother's Day and entered Heaven on May 14, 2006, at the age of 80. Freda is survived by three sisters, Sue Longwith of OKC, Marge Moore of Chandler, AZ, and Reba and husband, Eskell Chappell of Norman, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Boyd Cole of Manford, OK; and one sister, Helen Plotner of OKC. She is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. Freda was a member of the Baptist church. She loved people and never met a stranger. She will be missed by all who knew her. Graveside services to celebrate her life will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, at Siloam Cemetery in Stigler, OK.
