Emma Thorson Rites at Belt Monday
Mrs. Emma Thorson, 80, of Belt, who died at a local hospital, will be buried in the Belt cemetery Monday following services at the Belt Methodist church at 1 p.m., Rev. George Sanders officiating.
Mrs. Thorson was born March 24, 1866, in North Dakota, and for the last 54 years had lived in Cascade county. Her husband was fatally injured in January in a train accident.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. A. L. Martin of Great Falls, Mrs. Thomas Benoy and Mrs. George Atkinson of Belt; one son, Ben, of Belt; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
