Sackett, Mary E.Berkshire: 85, died on Thursday September 5, 2013 at her home. She was predeceased by her son Thomas Eugene Sackett, daughter in law Debra Sackett. She is survived by her husband of 67 years Lester Sackett of Berkshire; son Ronald Sackett of Glen Aubrey; Cherie Rayburn of Glen Aubrey; grandchildren Chuck, Tammy, Christopher, Trevor and Jared; several great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter. She was formerly a member of the Primitive Methodist Church, Johnson City. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 12 Noon at the Barber Memorial Home, Inc. 428 Main Street Johnson City. The Rev. Elvin S. Murphy will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Tuesday at 11am until the time of the service at the Barber Memorial Home.
