MRS. D. A. ROSE DIES AT HOME HERE MONDAY
Mrs. D. A. Rose (Sarah Alice Wiseman) died at her home on Third Avenue after a long illness Monday, March 12, 1928 at the age of 68 years.
She had spent her entire life in Gallia county. She leaves her husband, three daughters and two sons, Mrs. Bessie Laffie of Wilgus, O., Mrs. Ollie Davis of Williamstown W. Va., Mrs. Eva May Wilson, Yellow Springs, O., Mr. Andrew Rose, Pt. Plesant, W. Va., Dr. E. J. Rose of Muskogee, Okla; one brother, Mr. John Wiseman of Cadmus and Mrs. W. D. Hall of Waterloo.
Funeral at the home Thursday at 1 p. m. by Rev. A. H. Beardsley with burial in Mound Hill cemetery in charge of George J. Wetherholt and sons.
Sarah Alice (Wiseman) Rose was the wife of Descomb Anderson Rose and the daughter of Andrew Wiseman and Hannah Pine.
