Citizen of Bloomington Expires at Brokaw Hospital on Sunday

James A. Lewis, died at the Brokaw hospital of appendicitis, Sunday morning at 11 o'clock. He had been in the hospital but a few days, and not in rugged health for a long time. He was horn in Downs, moved to the vicinity of Bloomington at the age of 9 years and has always lived near here. About 24 years ago he was married, but later was divorced. At the time of his death he had been living at a boarding house in the 200 block on South Main street. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Sarah E Lewis and his brother Edwin S Lewis, who lived at l103 East Washington street and by a sister in Princeton, Ind.
