SUSAN ALICE WESTFELDT, wife of the late Maj. Claes Westfeldt, life-long resident of Mobile, died at a local infirmary at 10:15 o'clock, Wednesday morning, February 15, 1939. Mrs. Westfeldt was a descendant of a long line of distinguished ancestors, her father being the notable Dr. Solomon Mordecai of Virginia and her mother, Miss Caroline Waller, of Abbeville, SC. Among her survivors are a nephew, W.M. Broun; three nieces, Miss Elizabeth Broun, Miss Armintine Broun and Mrs. L.C. Garrett, all of Mobile and other relatives. Funeral services will be held at the Roche Funeral Home, Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
