Millbrook: News reached us of the death of Catherine H, wife of the late Edgar M Vanderburgh, at her home in Lithgow, Sept 14, aged 84 years and 11 months. Deceased was well known in this locality, being the daughter of Artemas Sackett, and was the widow of Mr. Lockwood when she married Mr. Vanderburgh. About 4 years ago she fell and broke her arm, shortly afterward she broke her leg, and since that time has been a great sufferer, never recovering from these calamities. Well known for her good works, and a member of the Lithgow Episcopal Church. The funeral will be held this Friday from her late home. A stepdaughter, Mrs. P.J. Sherman, Lithgow, and Mr. Henry Vanderburgh, New York City, survive her.
