Rufus N. Coffey, 69, died Sunday, June 12, at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System.
A member of Calvary Baptist Church of Mooresburg, he was preceded in death by his parents, George and Buena Coffey; wife, Bessie; sister, Mary Johnson, and brothers, Lewis, Nelson, J.D. and Hobert Coffey.
His funeral was held Wednesday at 8 p.m. at Allen Funeral Home of Morristown with Rev. Robert White officiating.
Graveside services were Thursday morning in Meadowbranch Cemetery in Bean Station.
Donations may be made to Phyllis Long, 197 Old Lee Hwy., Bean Station, TN 37708 to assist with funeral expenses.
