Margaret Gray Dies
Margaret Dolores Barbee Gray died on September 20, 2001 (her birthday) in Mesquite, Texas. She was born September 20, 1924, in Kinmundy, IL, the daughter of Guy and Flossie Barbee. She married Robert Arthur Gray in Kinmundy*, IL. To this union came three sons, Gary (Sandy) of Pocatello, Idaho, David (Karen) of Dallas, Texas and Fred (Sharon) of Mesquite, Texas, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren who all survive. Other survivors include two brothers, Lyle of Ashland, IL. and Calvin (Betty) of Salem, IL. and two sisters, Dorothy Wilkey of Murphysboro and Zola Colee of Champaign, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband Bob in 1987, her parents, three brothers, Rolland, Wallace and baby Wayne and one sister Amelda.
Margaret will always be remembered for her loving kindness and helpfulness to everyone.
Interment was held September 27, 2001 at a private family graveside service in the Lindsay Cemetery, Lindsay, Oklahoma, her former home.
