Warren Anderson Reilly Sr. "Big Daddy", died peacefully in his home Tuesday evening, June 21, 2011 surrounded by his family . He was born in Pensacola, FL July 17, 1909. He would have celebrated his 102nd birthday next month. He was member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council 666, and The Friendly Sons of St. Patrick. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Marion Brettel Reilly, parents Lillian M. Reilly and Edward P. Reilly, his brother Edward R. Reilly, and sisters Irene R. Stebbins, Lorena May "Tilly" R. Digette, and Beatrice "Boots" R. DiNuzzo, and his grandson Patrick L. McKean. He is survived by his four children, Warren A. (Millie) Reilly Jr., Diane (Jim) Brady, Jacqulyn (Sandy) Owings of Atlanta, GA, and Patricia (Jerry) McKean, sisters Helen L. Reilly and Elizabeth Lally both of Port St. Lucy, FL, and brother-in-law Thomas T. Brettel Sr. and sisters-in-law Rosalie B. Ankerson, Mabel E. Brettel, Mary Rachel Burgess, and Dolores "Dolly" Young. He also is survived by 15 grandchildren, Kathy McKean (Wade) Atwell, Jerry (Karen) McKean Jr., Mary McKean (Rick) Atwell, David W. McKean, Ashley Owings (Brad) Methvin, Leslie Owings Chambers, Cythia Owings (Kevin) Fay, Thomas Owings IV, James T. Brady, Kimberly Brady (Adam) Sanders, Daniel R. Brady, Russell (Kathleen) Reilly, Christoper E. (Kristy) Reilly, Jennifer Reilly(David) Martorana, Katie Reilly (Matthew) Sharpe, 36 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Pallbearers will be his grandsons, gift bearers will be his granddaughters, and altar servers will be Russell Reilly Jr., Brendan Reilly, David Martorana Jr., Millie Martorana, and Maribeth Reilly. Visitation will be Saturday June 25, 2011 from 10 am until 11 am at St. Pius X Catholic Church followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials may be made to St. Pius X Catholic Church 217 S. Sage Ave. Mobile, AL 36606 or your favorite charity. Interment will be at Catholic Cemetery, Condolences may be offered at www.radneyfuneralhome-mobile.com.
