Mrs. Reilly was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, the Little Sisters of the Poor Auxiliary and the Ladies of Charity.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emile P. Brettel, Sr. and Mary Louise Farrell Brettel; three sisters, Ethel L. Brettel, Margaret B. Haig and Cleo B. Chastain; one brother, Emile P. Brettel, Jr. and one grandson, Patrick L. McKean.
She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Warren Anderson Reilly, Sr., of Mobile, AL; four children, Warren Anderson (Millie) Reilly, Jr., Patti R. (Jerry) McKean, Diane R. (Jim) Brady, all of Mobile, AL and Jackie R. (Sandy) Owings, of Atlanta, GA; four sisters, Rosalie B. Ankerson, Mable E. Brettel, Mary Rachel Burgess and Dolores "Dolly" Young; two brothers, Charles W. (Shirley) Brettel, Sr. and Thomas T. Brettel, Sr., all of Mobile, AL; three sisters-in-law, Helen L. Reilly, Beatrice R. Dinuzzo and Elizabeth R. Lally, all of Port St. Lucie, FL; 15 grandchildren, Kathy McKean (Wade) Atwell, Jerry (Karen) McKean, Jr., Mary McKean (Rick) Atwell, David W. McKean, Ashley Owings (Brad) Methvin, Lesley Owings (Wayne) Chambers, Cynthia L. Owings, Thomas (Laura) Owings, IV, Kimberlee Brady (Adam) Sanders, Daniel R. Brady, James T. Brady, Jr., Russell (Kathleen) Reilly, Christopher E. (Kristy) Reilly, Jennifer Reilly (David) Martorana and Katie M. Reilly; 28 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 A. M. on Monday, July 14, 2003 from St. Pius X Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 10 A. M. until 11 A. M. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Pius X Catholic Church Building Fund, 217 South Sage Ave., Mobile, Alabama 36606. Internment will be in Catholic Cemetery.
