Robert Ray Ogle, Sr., 84, Chickasha, was born April 16, 1908 in Tabler, the son of Robert Morris Ogle and Sally Ann Hardwicke Ogle. He died July 6, 1992 in Grady Memorial Hospital, Chickasha.
Robert married Dorothy Aline Reynolds on Feb. 3, 1936 in Lawton. He left the Chickasha area in 1941 and lived in Contra Costa County, Calif. until 1972 when he and Dorothy moved back to Chickasha. Robert had worked as a carpenter throughout his life. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers and seven sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Ogle of the home; a daughter Iris Annette Dame of Camino, Calif.; three sons, Robert Ray Ogle, Jr. of Vallejo, Calif.; David William Ogle of La Gatos, Calif.; and Walter Michael Ogle of Chickasha; a sister-in-law, Juanita Ogle of Oklahoma City; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
