OBITUARY :
MRS. ANNA MAE MYERS, 73, of 2141 King Arthur's Court, Harrisburg, a native of Waynesboro, widow of Norman W. Myers, died Saturday, March 28 at 6 a.m. in Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Harrisburg. She was admitted to the hospital after suffering a heart attack on Friday.

Born June 8, 1913 in Waynesboro, she was a daughter of Mrs. Helen G. (Lumm) Kauffman, South Mountain, and the late John N. Kauffman.

Her early life was lived in Waynesboro.

Mrs. Myers had lived in the Harrisburg area since her marriage in November 1940.

She received her training as a licensed practical nurse at the Chicago School of Nursing and, prior to her retirement in 1979, was employed by the Blue Ridge Haven East Nursing Home, Harrisburg, for 17 years.

Her husband died in January 1984.

Mrs. Myers was a member of the Penbrook United Church of Christ.

She also was a member and past Worthy Matron of Estrellita Chapter No. 512, Order of Eastern Star, and currently was serving as Nobel Prophetess of Bethany Shrine No. 7.
White Shrine, both of Harrisburg. She also was a member of Ozemb Temple, Daughters of the Nile, Harrisburg, and the Woodmen of the World, Mechanicsburg.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son and daughter of a previous marriage, Chester Carbaugh, Waynesboro, and Mrs. Jane Loizeaux, Perry Hall, Md. Also surviving are five grandchildren and five great-
grandchildren.

The service will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Grove Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Robert Stoudt officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service Wednesday.

A service will be conducted by members of Estrellita Chapter, OES, at 12:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Penbrook United Church, of Christ, 56 Banks St., Harrisburg, 17103.
