Mrs. Dealva Allmond Frost, age 73, of 648 Old Kibbee Road North, Vidalia, died Monday morning, February 13, 1995, in the Meadows Nursing Center of Vidalia after an extended illness.

A native of Montgomery County, Mrs. Frost had resided in the Providence area of Toombs County for some 34 years, moving back to the Kibbee Community in 1989. She attended Brewton-Parker College, was a retired ParaProfessional with the Toombs County Board of Education and a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and the Adult Sunday School Class there.

Survivors include her husband, Kermit Frost of the Kibbee Community; one daughter, Mrs. Sandra F. Kea, Vidalia; one son, Kem Frost of the Kibbee Community; two brothers, E.R. Allmond Jr., Vidalia and Quay Allmond, Brunswick; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon, February 15, 1995, at 4 o'clock from Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in the Kibbee Community, with Rev. Billy Lee and Rev. John P. Quattlebaum officiating. Interment followed in the Allmond Cemetery.

Active pallbearers were Royal Sullivan, Keith Hamilton, Arnie Calhoun, Kendall Brantley, Jimmy Pelli, Michael Frost. Honorary pallbearers were A.L. Hamilton, Jimmy Hamilton, Gary Blocker, Charles Hamilton, Louie Calhoun, Lamar Atkins, Cecil Conaway, Freddie Wright, and Chesley Hilton.

Ronnie L. Stewart Funeral Home was in charge of funeral arrangements.
