MAGNA-- John Grayson Ottley, 86, passed away December 7, 2000 in Magna, Utah.

He was born November 8, 1914 in Murray, Utah to David Frank and Margretha Ann Thompson Ottley. He married Ella V Park August 16, 1948 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

John was an active member of the LDS church where he served in many callings,

including as a High Priest and Stake Missionary. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp. during World War II. He was a manager for Bradshaw Auto and retired after many years with them.

Survived by his wife; children, Wanda Willett, Kathryn Olson, Susan Eckroth, and Randy Littlefield; grandchildren, Jesse, Greg, Kelli, Christi, Michelle, and Elizabeth; great-grandchildren, Grayson and Adrianna; and sisters, Thirza Jenkinson and Coravine Sawyer. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Alton, Milan, and Buddy; and sister, Margaret McCloy.

Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2000 at the Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 East 4580 South. Friends may call Saturday 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 S., Magna.
