MILAN ''MIKE'' OTTLEY

Milan Edward Ottley, age 77, passed away May 11, 1994 in West Valley City, Utah.
Born October 19, 1916 in Pleasant Green, Utah, son of David Frank Ottley and Margaretha Thompson Ottley. Married Arva Strong October 28, 1941 in Ely, Nevada; later solemnized in Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active member of LDS Church where he served as a High Priest, High Council, member of bishopric, ward clerk, and numerous other positions. Also served as a temple worker in Jordan River LDS Temple. He was a adopted grandfather to many children throughout the years.
Survived by wife, Arva; children, David L. (Jean) Ottley; Mylene Ottley Snow; Patricia Ottley Johnston; 11 grandchidren; five great-grandchildren; brother, John G. (Ella) Ottley; sisters, Margaret (James) McCloy; Thirza (Hardy) Jenkinson; Coravine (Archie) Sawyer. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Alton Ottley.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 1 p.m. at the Kearns Stake Center, 4260 West 5215 So. Friends may call Friday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 So. Redwood Road and Saturday at the church one hour prior to services. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
