Tarrell Lawton Aldridge, 62, died Sept. 17, 2010, at the Piggott Community Hospital. He was born in Waycross, Ga.
Before retirement, he worked for Gracewood Fruit Co. in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Virginia; sons, Garland "Rusty" Aldridge of Dunnellon and James M. Aldridge of Vero Beach; daughters, Dorothy Thornton of Vero Beach and Goldie Blades of Piggott; sister, Lautrell Melton of Waycross; brothers, Walter Aldridge of Morriston, Charlie Aldridge of Blackshear, Ga., and Larry Aldridge of Waycross; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Martin and Goldie Mae Crews Aldridge; and a grandchild.
Services: A memorial service will be at a later date.
Arrangements are by Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott.
