Surname also known as Garling. Born about 1762 died after 7 May 1823. Not on the 1830 census that I can find. Many mistakenly have her married to a John Baughman/Bowman. Deeds prove this is incorrect.

Elizabeth had a child born out of wedlock by John Baxter, but I've never been able to find him. It appears it was a boy.

October 1785 court minutes for Lincoln County cited as having borne the child of a John Baxter.
