Elizabeth had a child born out of wedlock by John Baxter, but I've never been able to find him. It appears it was a boy.

This indenture made this 20th day of May 1805 between JOHN MILLER of the County of Lincoln and State of North Carolina of the one part and ADAM BOLCH of said County and State of the other part Witnesfeth that the said JOHN MILLER for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARZ to him in hand paid by ADAM BOLCH at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt and payment whereof the said MILLER doth hereby acknowledges himself therewith satisfied hath given granted bargained and sold And by these presents doth give grant bargain & sell alien And confirm unto the sd ADAM BOLCH his heirs and afsignz forever a certain piece or Tract of Land laying and being on the WATERS OF LYLES CREEK in the County and State aforesaid.

It being PART OF A TRACT OF LAND GRANTED TO ADAM BOLECK SENR BY PATENT DATED THE 20TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER AD 1779 and BY HIM WILLED TO HIS DAUGHTER ELIZABETH BOLEK THEN BY JACOB GARLING THE LAWFULL HUSBAND OF THE SAID ELIZABETH conveyed to JOHN MILLER BY DEED DATED THE EIGHTH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1800 together with the timber and trees water and water courses Easmentz and profitz with the appurtenances thereunto belonging an appertaining to the farm the said tract or piece of Land as above described and the appurtenances thereunto beloning unto the said ADAM BOLEK his heirs and afsigns forever to his and their own proper use and behoof subject never the lefs to suit rents and dues as shall or may become due or payable to the Chief Lord or Lords of the said the above Mentioned JOHN MILLER him his heirs Exct and Admst the above bargained tract or piece of Land with the appurtenances unto the said ADAM BOLEK his heirz & afsigns against all manner of person lawfully Claiming the same or any part thereof shall and will warrant and by these presents forever defend in Witnefs whereof the said JOHN MILLER hath hereunto set his hand & seal the day & date above written.
