Birth: 1st known child of two in Atchison, Atchison county, Kansas.

Attended New Mexico Military Institute graduating from high school in 1941 and junior college in 1943. Attained rank of Captain, commander of Troop H which included myself and Conrad Nicholson "Nicky" Hilton,jr . His last year residing in the corner of third floor of I & K barracks, called "The Bloody Angle" with three roommates, including hometown friend Pennell "Penny" Snowden, with Chicagoan's Curto & Gerihity, all killed in WW II except "Penny" who was crippled for life. "Penny" returning to Atchison, Kansas.

~ W (Bill) C Ramsay, great nephew of Albert A and Geneva Condon Ramsay of Carthage, Missouri, grandson of Robert W Ramsay, jr, was my troop commander picture found with mother on page 5, image 82 of class 1943.
