Nell Peden Norman, age 80, died Friday, April 2, 1993 of an apparent heart attack at Trace Regional Hospital in Houston. Funeral services were held Sunday, April 4 at Houston Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Wesley Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Ray Crawford officiating. Houston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
The daughter of the late Walter Stewart Peden and the late Estelle Waldrop,she was graduate of the University of Alabama and was a former school teacher. She was the widow of the late Charles M. Norman and was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews and two step daughters.
Pallbearers were Robert Peden, Raymond Peden, Lynn Davis, Walter Peden and Donnie Bell.
Memorials may be made to the Houston Carnegie Library.
