Services were held Tuesday, August 6, 1991 at the Presbyterian Church in Stapleton for Sharon M. Barbee, 51, of Holtville, CA, who passed away August 2nd at a Kearney hospital. The Rev. Donald Drury officiated.
Sharon Marie Barbee was born July 7, 1940 to Everett and Alice Chesley at Arnold, Nebraska. She passed from this life August 2, 1991. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Barbee July 6,1961 at Stapleton. They are the parents of three children, Kimberly Marie, Wiley Scott, and Patrick Lane.
She is survived by her husband, Kenny of Holtville, CA; a daughter, Kim (Mrs. Ted) Godfrey of Holtville, CA; two sons,
Scott and Patrick; three grandchildren, Lyndzie, Shayne and Kelsie Godfrey; her parents, Everette and Alice Chesley of Stapleton; mother-in-law Pauline Barbee; sister, Patricia Harvey of Stapleton; sister-in-law, Jerri Barbee: several nieces and nephews as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
An infant brother, Donald preceded her in death.
