Miss Louise Gilmore, 17, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Gilmore of near Woodard Lake, died at her home early Tuesday morning , February 15. Death was the result of a cerebral hemorrhage which suddenly came upon her at 8:20 o'clock Monday evening while she attended the Ionia theater. She was rushed to her home by her parents and her physician where she died at 1 o'clock.
She was born January 19, 1921 at Woodard Lake and was a junior in the Belding High School. A year ago she was taken ill and was forced to discontinue her school work.
Survivors are her parents, and two brothers, Russell 19, and Kenneth 4, at home.
Funeral services will be held from the home Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock with interment in the family lot at Woodard Lake. Rev. Ellis of Belding will conduct the services.
