Marie J. Appleby, 94, of Holiday City Berkeley section of Berkeley Township, NJ died on Wednesday October 29, 2014 at her home. Born in Trenton, NJ she moved to Spotswood, NJ then Seaside Park, NJ and finally residing in Toms River, NJ for the past 10 years. She attended Trenton State Teacher's College receiving bachelor's degree including a major in education and a minor in music.
Marie is predeceased by her parents, George and Rose Jaggers; her husband, Joseph Randolph Appleby III; her son, Ronald Appleby; and her grandson, Joseph Randolph Appleby V. She is survived by her son, Joseph Randolph Appleby IV and his wife Judy of Seaside Park, NJ; her daughter-in-law, Donna Appleby of Juno Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Ronald Appleby, Jr. and Julie Appleby Webster; and her great-grandchildren, Kyle, Melissa and Lauren.
Family will receive friends on Monday November 3, 2014 from 4-8pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 809 Central Ave. Seaside Park, NJ.
