REIDSVILLE - Ms. Louise McCumber Durrence age 80, passed away Tuesday April 27, 2010 at Genesis Personal Care Home in Savannah under the care of her family and Spanish Oaks Hospice. The Tattnall County native had lived in Reidsville most of her life. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Hoover Durrence. She is survived by sisters, Faye Wilson of Savannah, Vickie Fanning of Reidsville; Six brothers, Walker McCumber, Lewis R. McCumber Jr. and Henry McCumber all of Savannah, Ralph McCumber of Meldrim, Edwin McCumber of Lyons, Jerry McCumber of Hinesville; Several nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will begin at 6:00pm Friday from the Reidsville Chapel. Funeral Services will be conducted 3:00pm Saturday from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home.
