Funeral services for Miss [sic] Sarah E. Sackett Kilmer, of Bangall, who died July 5, 1922, aged 74 years, from injuries received by being knocked down by an auto last Wednesday were held from the Baptist Church in Bangall, of which she was a member. The Rev. Cornelius Woelfkin, of New York City, a former pastor and friend, officiated at the services… Many of her former students were in attendance. For many years she and her sister Mary conducted a private school at Bangall and she was also a teacher in the public schools there…. The bearers were Messrs Asa Beckwith, Edwin Knickerbocker, Charles Mead, Sackett Fradenburg, Irving B. Couse and Walter Haight. Interment at Stanfordville.
