A resident of this area since 1922, Mrs. Anna Marie Hannan, 89, died Saturday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Gaden, 2025 Judson. She was born September 13, 1868, at Maysville, Kentucky. She moved with her family from Chapman to a farm near Ogden in 1922 and has been here since.

Her husband, William, and three children proceded her in death. These nine children survive; Mrs. B.J. Harvey, Kansas City, MO.; Mrs. Alan Eustace, Wakefield; Mrs. Loretta Holloway, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Mrs. Ruth Gaden, 2025 Judson; A.A. Hannan, Haviland; Joe Hannan, Riley; W.J. Hannan, Riley; and Dan Hannan, Junction City.

A brother, Will Nicholson, Junction City, and 22 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren also survive.

Rosary will be recited at 7:30 tonight at the Burliew-Cowan Chapel and Requiem High Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Seven Dolors Catholic Church with Msgr William Merchant, the celebrant. Interment will be in Sunset Cemetery.
