Mrs. Johnnie Mae Hamilton, age 81, of Crockett, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2001 in the Crockett Care Center. Mrs. Hamilton was born January 13, 1920 in Ash Community and lived in this area most of her lifetime. She was a housewife and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Gary and Vicki Hamilton of Crockett; grandchildren Trevor, Christian, and Kaylee sisters Addie Lois Alford of Austonio; Pearl Snyder and husband, Russell of Point Blank brothers, J. C. Allee, Jr., and wife Ollie of Houston Pete Allee and wife, Ruby of Houston County Lake; Tommy Allee and wife, Jean of Crockett; Cecil Allee and wife, Pat of Marble Falls; Ken Allee and wife, Melba of Magnolia; numerous nieces; nephews and other relatives.
Preceded in death by husband, Dink Hamilton, son Deryl Hamilton, sister Betty Weise and several half-brothers and half-sisters.
Graveside funeral services were held Monday, November 12, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. in the Creek Cemetery with Rev. Albert Cortez officiating. Interment followed.
