Pearl Allee Snyder, age 89, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 28, 2019 in the Hospice facility in Wichita Falls. She was in the company of her son Jeff Hennesy, daughter Lisa Alexander, and son-in-law Bryan Alexander. Pearl was born on November 15, 1930 in Austonio, Texas to John Chandler Allee Sr. and Ila Mae Butler Allee. She was a graduate of Austonio High School and stayed close with several of her longtime friends. Pearl was a devout Christian woman who loved the Lord and adored her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing and cooking, also staying in touch with her many close friends. Pearl was a very loving and caring person and will be missed by many.
She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, J. C. “Jiggs” Allee and wife, Ollie, William “Pete” Allee and wife, Ruby, Tommy Allee, Johnnie Mae Hamilton and husband, Dink, Addie Lois Alford and husband, Bill, Betty Weise and husband, Melvin. Pearl is also preceded in death by her first husband Nelson Hennesy; second husband, Russell Snyder; step-children Jerry Snyder, Willie Snyder, Ben Snyder, and Steven Snyder.
Funeral services for Mary Pearl Allee Snyder will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 31, 2019 in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ottis Byers officiating. Interment will follow in the Creek Cemetery.
