Mrs Jennie Bell Clark of the Kelso community died Friday in Lincoln County Hospital following an extended illness. She was 77.
Services were Sunday afternoon in Gallant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev Hugh Russell, The Rev. O. P. Etheridge and the Rev. J. B. Watts officiating. Burial in the Shady Grove Cemetery.
A Native of Lincoln County she was the daughter of the late Ace and Nora Pates Bradley.
Mrs. Clark had worked as a sitter at Lincoln County Hospital for many years prior to retirement. She was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include five daughters; Gertrude Arnold of Kelso, Helen Branch of Lynchburg, Sue Stewart,and Erma Fite both of Fayetteville, and Doris Glenda Yox of Huntsville; two sons. Homer Clark of Belvidere and Alfred Clark of Calumet City, Ill.; one sister, Mrs Pearl Ray of Fayetteville; 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
