Paul of Lewisville, Texas, Dwaine of Pampa, Texas; sisters, Mrs. Clara Cotts of Guthrie, Okla., Mrs. Arlene Carter of Skellytown, Texas, Mrs. Imogene Lockhart of Pampa, Mrs. Dorothy Walker of White Deer, Texas. Memorial has been established with the Wesley Medical Research Institute.
