Wife of Jesse Driskill. Rose Hill Cemetery was named in her honor. Died of aseptic poisoning at age forty-one. Mother of seven.

Hiram Davis of Middletown, Missouri. His wife died leaving three young children; Rosa Lee (Jesse Driskill), Sadie (Charles Lindsey) and Frank. Hiram's brother James Davis and his wife raised the children. In 1882 the family came overland to the Black Hills locating first in Beulah, Wyoming and moving to Spearfish where Mr. Davis became the owner and operator of the "Davis Barn" for a number of years.
