Rose Mary Duneman, age 100, resident of Brainerd, died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2006, at Woodland Good Samaritan Village in Brainerd. Rose was born on March 22, 1906, in Little Falls, Minn. to Napoleon and Melvina (LaFond) Sear. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church. Rose has lived most of her life in Brainerd and has also lived in Iron Mountain, Mich.
Survivors include three children: Lorraine (Andy) Peterson, Wayne (Therora) Duneman and Dolores (Roger) Mathwig, daughter-in-law Arita Duneman, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and two great-great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy; sons, Dallas, Kenneth and Edwin, brothers: Archie, Edward and William; sisters, Mary Louise Sear and Ida Eide, and one grandchild, David Peterson.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006 at the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd with Father Seamus Wash officiating. Visitation will be the hour before services. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd.
