Robert was the son of Josephus Clark and Mary Ann Roddan. He married Dora Grimm on Jan. 7, 1875. They were the parents of Orra (1875-1959), Charles Chester (1877, Edith Knott), James Grimm (1884-1970 TX), Mary A (1888), and Marcellis Almond (1892-1971). Robert married 2nd Mrs. Harriet E. Murdock on Sept. 23, 1931.

Homer Clark, son of Josephus and Mary Ann Roddan Clark, was born Oct. 30, 1852, in the Pleasant Grove community, where he was reared. He lived in this community until moving to Washington in 1931. He was first married Jan. 7, 1875, to Dora Catherine Grimm, who died April 16, 1928. He was married Sept. 23, 1931, to Mrs. Harriet E. Murdock. (Mrs. Harriet E. Murdock?)
