Harold Harmon Allen, Sr., aged 45 years, of 1622 Third street, Beaver, died in his home Friday afternoon after an illness of eight years' duration. Born in Ridgway December 29, 1904, he had lived in Beaver for the past 23 years, coming to the valley from Girard, O. He was a member of the West Bridgewater Methodist church. Mr. Allen leaves his widow, Mrs. Hazel M. Allen; a daughter, Barbara and a son Harold Jr., both at home, his mother, Mrs. Emma Allen, Beaver and four sisters, Mrs. Lillian Wendell, Ohioview; Mrs. Ruth Lasher, Miami, Fla.; Mrs. Gertrude Hoy, Beaver, and Mrs. .Margaret Retzer, R. D. 1, Beaver. Friends will be received in the Sheets and Todd Funeral Home, West Bridgewater, after 7:30 o'clock this evening.
