Funeral services for Nellie A. Coakley, 80, of 1926 Lenox Ave., who died Thursday at Beloit Memorial Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Tues. in the Rosman, Uehling, Kinzer Blackhawk Chapel, South Beloit, with the Rev. David Clark officiating.
Burial will be in Rockton Cemetery. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Monday in the Blackhawk Chapel with a Rebekah service at 7:30 p.m.
A life area resident, she was born Sept. 8, 1901 in Roscoe, the daughter of Edgar and Anna H. Reimer Carr. She married Charles L. Coakley on Nov. 15, 1923 in Rockford. He died June 15, 1972.
She was a member of the Central Christian Church and Sybil Rebekah Lodge 164.
Survivors include one son Charles J., Beloit, one daughter Mrs. Elaine Hills of Beloit, eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by one daughter Joyce Coakley Clark and her parents.
