Free, Mildred F., age 77 of Louisville, passed away peacefully at the family home April 12, 2008. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by husband, Stephen W. Free; parents, Ambrose and Cora Walker; brothers, Odell, Rex, and A.J. Walker; sister, Gladys Purkey. She is survived by daughters and sons in law, Shirley and A.J. Hatcher, Kathy and Larry Debuty; sons and daughters in law, Gary and Annita Free, Ron and Becky Free; grandchildren, Randall Hatcher and wife Kim, Stephanie Digby, Michael Free, Gary Free Jr., Erin Free; 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Bea Allen, Alyene Weaver; brother, Ben H. Walker. Special thanks to caregivers, Wilma Simerly and Alyene Weaver, special great niece, Katherine; several nieces and nephews.
