A Guilford County native, she was a member of Cone Chapel Assembly of God and attended Calvary Assembly of God, Omega Ministries and North Greensboro Church of God. She was a retired C.E.O. of Greensboro Mattress and Furniture Company, Inc.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Snouffer, children, Brenda Ellen Snouffer, Faye Elizabeth Welborn, Cathy Virginia Frey, and David Cecil Snouffer.
She is survived by daughters, Sherry Duncan and husband, Don of Browns Summit, Rita Dickson of Greensboro, Kay Emery and husband, David of Greensboro, Cynthia Reynolds and husband, Ray of Greensboro, Pamela Snouffer of Greensboro, Linda Fletcher of Titusville, Fla.; son, Charles Snouffer and wife, Helena of Titusville, Fla.; sisters, Christine Carr of Greensboro, Ruthie Stanley of Orlando, Fla., Virginia Denson of Ft. Worth, Texas, Irene Martin of Raleigh and Margaret Cooney of Rock Hill, S.C.; brother, Leo Jordan of Greensboro; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
