Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home with a graveside service at 4 p.m. at Bethany Cemetery in Colmesneil.
A native of San Augustine County, he lived in Beaumont 50 years and was a retired tugboat captain.
Survivors include his sister, Margie Stafford of Beaumont, and several nieces and nephews.
