A. J. Lambert Funeral Services Held Tuesday

Funeral services were held at the first Baptist Church, Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock for A. J. Lambert, who died Monday at his home north of Honey Grove. The services was conducted by the pastor, Rev. T. J. Watts.

Andrew Jackson Lambert was born at Booneville, Miss., August 11, 1870, and was 75 years of age.

He moved to Texas about 50 years ago, settling at Decatur, and later moving to Honey Grove.

He was married to Miss Hulda Carroll, February 12, 1900.

Mr. Lambert was a member of the Baptist church.

He is survived by his wife and three children, Oscar Lambert, Mrs. David Pettigrew and Mrs. Farris Hollowell; eight brothers and four sisters; three grandchildren, James Fletcher, Louise Fletcher and Carroll Hollowell.

The body was buried at Oakwood Cemetery.
