Funeral services for William H. Harris, 80, will be held at 2 PM Saturday in the Zion's Rest Primitive Baptist Church with Elder J.B Pelham officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Key-McCabe Funeral Home. Mr. Harris of 3514 College PL. died Thursday following a brief illness. He was born in Baker County, FL. and had lived in Jacksonville for 16 years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Neller Harris, eight daughters, Mrs. Effie Harvey, Mrs. Ruby Kerlin, Mrs. Opal Silcox, Mrs. Joyce Gardner, all of Jacksonville, Mrs. Ruth Elmlinger, Huron, Ohio, Mrs. Esther Fuller, Sandusky, Ohio, Mrs. Dorothy Bourgeois of Tucson, Arizona, and Mrs. Altie Lindsay, San Diego, California; a son, Ernest H. Harris, Jacksonville; two sister, Mrs. Sally Thomas, Glen St. Mary, and Mrs. Betty Thomas of Jacksonville, a brother, Herman H. Harris, Glen St. Mary, 22 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be John T. Willis, G.L. Johnson, J.O. Nelson, D.E. Woods, E.L. Meyer and S.E. Harvey.
