Pauline Rose Reynolds was born to Mr. and Mrs. B.N. Bills, February 21, 1908 at Gotebo, and died April 2, 1981 at South Community Hospital in Oklahoma City.
She grew to womanhood in Gotebo and attended school here, and then attended Oklahoma University at Norman. She was married to Joseph DeKalb Reynolds on September 28, 1930 at Gotebo. They made their home in Gotebo, McCloud, Oklahoma City, Bethany, Rocky, Cloud Chief and Lake Valley where he taught school. In 1966 he was Director of Upward Bound Program on the Southwestern Oklahoma State University Campus. He preceded her in death on May 31, 1979.
Mrs. Reynolds was employed in the Post Office when she lived in Gotebo and was a member of the Church of Christ. She was active in church and civic affairs.
Survivors are two sons, Dr. Joe Bills Reynolds of Oklahoma City and Randy Reynolds of Boulder, Colorado; five grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Thelma Rice of Oklahoma City.
